The catalytic burner is a gas condensing boiler fueled hydrogen; this device is designed and constructed specifically to heat the water for the heating systems. The boiler is designed to provide maximum performance when it is combined with a system of the type at low-temperature radiant heating (radiant floors type) and then with discharge water around 40 °C.
The machine is precisely fed from hydrogen gas; this allows a free combustion flame by using special catalysts.
The hydrogen concentration in the reaction chamber is controlled and kept in conditions of absolute safety values; in this way, the temperature of reaction settles at values of 250°C to 300 °C. This is synonymous with great efficiency, most of the exhaust heat is being recovery and it is a total absence of harmful exhaust emissions and pollutants. In fact, the dreaded NOx are formed only at much higher temperatures, also you have a total absence of even Carbon Dioxide (CO2) as they are not present in carbon atoms in the reaction. Exhaust only water is formed of which part is condensed, while the other is evacuated in the form of steam water from the exhaust chimney. The combustor, having a clean and free of the combustion flame, requires less maintenance compared to a traditional boiler and has a particularly superior durability.
H2 Comfort simply uses hydrogen produced at home using renewable energy sources, and the air is drawn into the ambience producing the enough heat to acclimating a whole house.
H2 Comfort is the result of research and development undertaken by Giacomini Italy & H2Planet with the aim of setting up a cycle of heating of the building with zero emissions taken the energy from the Sun or Wind to heating homes using any alternative energy source.
